Blogs have been used for a long time, but only recently have we seen them start to be used more and more in the classrooms. The video below shows how elementary students in New Zealand are blogging. It may be a little basic for your tastes, but it gives some ideas of how blogs are being used. How have you seen teachers use blogs in the classroom? Do you have a blog that you write consistently on? Please list 6-7 ways that you feel blogs could be used in the classrooms or by students in general. What could be the benefits to using them consistently? Watch the video to get some ideas and think of some of your own experiences to come up with some good comments.

I think that blogging is good because its fun, and it helps kids with there typing and reading skills. It can come in handy to learn about what other people like and if your board you can go and blogg so your not board.
i feel that bloging is a good thing and i think everyone should use it. i think techers should use blogs to let there students know what there plans are for the next day and even tips for students on that nights homework. i think it would be easier for students. i also think all students should have one just to let people know what they are thinking and how they feel. i most deffinitly think i could see myself using blogs more often i think its a fun way to express yourself.
What i think about blogging is that it is very usefull becasue we get to give our own reaspones about how we feel about different things. Like sports you may like soccer and someelse may like swimming. That is why i think students should post.

I think that blogging is a good way of seeing wha people are thinking and if they payed attention in class or not. Also they can leave you comments so ou can know wether they like your class or not.
